Definitely be good at this stuff:
- Familiarity with LAMP stack and strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript and MySQL
- Strong command of web standards, CSS based-design and browser compatibility
- Experience writing and optimizing queries against large datasets
- Ability to seamlessly switch between back-end and front-end to build awesome new features for our users
- Interested in disrupting a $350 billion market that is lived every day by 40 million Americans (rental housing)
Maybe be good at some of this stuff:
- Browser Extensions
- System administration (Ubuntu)
- Search engines (Sphinx, Lucene)
- iPhone / Blackberry / Android apps development
- Caching technology (Memcached, etc.)
