Responsibilities
Take part in requirements gathering and software design discussions in a highly collaborative environment
Drive new development with solutions either from the ground up or by leveraging existing services
Interface with backend databases and web services infrastructure
Participate in architectural initiatives that require collaboration with company executives and directors to solve complex challenges
Research, recommend and implement innovative technologies
Essential Attributes
Exhibit clear passion for Software Development and Software Engineering best practices
Strong understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing, object-oriented techniques and design patterns
3+ years experience developing in C#/.NET
Strong understanding of database (SQL) technologies
Experience working with source control environments and other process-oriented tools
Excellent documentation, reporting and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other science subject

Experience working in an Agile environment
Masters degree in computer Science or other science subject
