So you want to develop cool stuff. Youre smart--really smartand you are intelligent enough to know conventional commercial software just doesnt cut it anymore. I mean look around. So how did you end up at a place that develops mediocre software that only a technical person can understand? And what about that idiot on your team who thinks hes gods gift to programming but wouldnt recognize quality if it peed on his shoe.

Seriously, arent we supposed to be making lives easier by creating applications that the people who buy them can actually use? Were pretty sure you dont want your legacy to be that you developed shelf-ware. If youre fine with that, stop reading. Were not the company for you.

The development team at eThority realized a long time ago that software shouldnt cater to us techno-geeks. Instead, we focus on developing software of distinction that pays homage to the end user. We keep going when everyone else stops when its just good enough. Guess what, most commercial software isnt good enough. Not even close. Dont believe me? Try this experiment. Go ask an average non-technical user of commercial software how they access and report on data from the systems in their company. These are the systems that cost too much, took too long to implement and burned up too many resources. 90% of the time they are going to tell you they had to call some technical person holed up somewhere because they are the only one who knows how to access the ugly beasts. And that same poor schmuck who was hired to do cool technical stuff is now the resident disgruntled report writer who they need to wait for to get their reports. Forget it. The model is broken.

Look, you want to work with really smart people like you who are creating innovative software and are throwing convention out the window. eThority is developing user-obvious software that the end user can actually, well, use. We work within a fully ActionScript Object Oriented presentation environment.

eThoritys development team disrupts traditional development approaches. Heck, we even developed our own development environment because the tools that are out there just werent cutting it.

Intrigued? Goodsend us your resume.
