Targus Group International looking for Web Developer - Anaheim, CA Skills: C#, ASP.NET, .NET Technologies, (D)HTML, XML, Ajax, Javascript, SQL Server Targus is looking for an experienced web developer to work with both marketing personnel and IT management to plan and coordinate web development projects for Targus.com and related web sites globally. This job also involves planning, documenting and making changes to web sites as directed while maintaining IT policies and protocols, reviewing technical developments by outside business partners, and coordinating work activities between diverse groups. Requirements/Skills: ? Experience in full life cycle process of web application development including requirements gathering, documentation and testing. ? At least 5+ years professional, multi-tier development experience using ASP, ASP.Net, C# and .NET technologies including web services. Knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. ? Significant experience in maintaining web applications and using (D)HTML, XML, Ajax, Javascript, CSS. ? Solid understanding of sound object oriented programming and design. ? Familiarity with IIS Server management and SQL Server administration (2000/2005/2008). ? Strong experience in writing, executing and interpreting complex SQL queries in T-SQL. Experience in database design and normalization. ? Experience building applications in MS Visual Studio.NET 2003/2005, MS Team Foundation Server. ? Experience in developing SharePoint customizations and web parts. ? Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability and interest to pick up new technologies as needed, ability to troubleshoot, optimize and customize existing products needed. ? Must be able to solve problems and present solutions to problems, as they exist. ? Degree in computer science and strong background in programming.
