Summary: Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Web UI Developer is responsible for implementing the customer facing web application that Jumptaps customers use to manage advertisements and analytical reports. The right person for this position loves making great user interfaces and should be able to touch code at every level from the UI to the database. Candidate must have strong communication skills, and be comfortable and confident to work with all levels of the organization.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing the customer facing web application that Jumptaps customers use to manage advertisements and analytical reports
Required Skills and Experience:
Position requires a Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a Four-Year College or University; or equivalent combination of both education and experience. Computer Science Degree a plus.
5-8 years of commercial software product experience on customer facing software.
Mobile or Advertising industry experience desired
Strong Java development skills
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSPs, AJAX and other web 2.0 technologies.
Relational database skills (mysql preferred)
Experience with open source frameworks of hibernate, spring webflow, jquery, etc.
Proven ability to follow project plans and meet provided scheduling deadlines
Proactive, driven, and looking to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
Ability to learn quickly and display solid logic/engineering thinking
