Technical Lead needed for a suite of interactive installation projects. The ideal candidate is a solid developer, with experience leading small development teams to create rich interactive media projects. Candidate will be responsible for key technology decisions, overseeing team collaboration, build process, bug tracking, testing and version control. Candidate should have expert level knowledge in developing interactive media in at least one common development environment, with additional experience in a variety of languages and tools. Project to begin immediately and expected to run until early 2011. Candidates should have 5+ years experience in developing interactive projects.

Job Duties

+ Managing development team.
+ Writing functional and technical specifications.
+ Overseeing team collaboration, build process, bug tracking, testing, version control.
+ Developing library and project specific code.

Required Skills
---------------
+ Experience developing user interfaces.
+ Ability to learn new development environments and languages.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience managing small development teams.
+ Proficiency with version control systems, especially Subversion.
