Responsibilities:
Recently listed on NASDAQ, interCLICK is recognized as a thought and technology leader for data targeting technologies in the online advertising marketplace. Supporting this effort is one of the best product and engineering organizations in the industry.
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle of the interCLICK technology platforms, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role will also ensure that that the technology platforms are aligned with interCLICK's tactical and strategic business goals.
Specific duties include:
* Define the product strategy and roadmap for the technology platforms
* Ensure platform roadmaps align with greater interCLICK roadmap
* Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
* Identify and address operation or process gaps required to support new product features
* Work with engineering to translate PRDs into technical execution plan
* Work with external third party technology and data vendors, ensure successful launch and integration
* Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
* Track product development schedules
* Perform market and customer segmentation research
* Stay current of latest targeting technologies
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager
* Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
* Strong technical background which may include system engineering, software development, database administration, statistical modeling.
* Knowledge of digital ad networks, ad serving technologies and behavioral targeting a definite plus.
* Comfortable working with structured data
* Excellent Excel, visio and statistical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
* Must be able to travel 10% of the time
* At least one sample of an effective product specification delivered in the past
