Experience:
4+ years experience with Java development
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Subject-matter expert in Java
Experience in Spring, Struts and iBatis (or a very strong desire to learn)
Expert in SQL, JSP, XML and XSLT
Working knowledge of version-control systems (CVS, SVN, etc.)
Experience with Linux systems (must)
Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience working directly with development staff
Skills:
Superb communication (verbal and written), analytical and consulting skills
Ability to manage time set priorities
Desire to educate others and the ability to lead
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent work ethic and drive
Great interpersonal skills and sense of humor are a must
Team oriented
U.S. work authorization
Management experience a plus
