More than 88 percent of the state?s news viewers watch our broadcasts on KTUU-TV Channel 2, and our websites get more than 1.5 million page views per month. We?re looking for an innovative, motivated Web Designer to join our team as we expand our digital presence. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating content-rich news websites and mobile applications with an emphasis on clean, beautiful design, easy user interface and innovative features. Our websites should also showcase our unparalleled video productions. The ideal candidate will have experience with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript programming languages, as well as Content Management Systems (CMS). A background in journalism is preferred, but not required. This job will make you happiest if you are comfortable with the urgency of hard news deadlines and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Living in the Last Frontier is a bonus.
