The Performance team, at the center of the Taleo Production group, ensures proper use and efficient performance of the various software and hardware infrastructure components. As a manager, you will be directly responsible for the coordination and management of the Web portal used to provide performance metrics. You will also be involved in the follow-up, analysis and resolution of incidents related to system performance. In addition, client satisfaction is a high priority.
The manager's main responsibilities with regard to performance are:
â?¢ Plan and manage Web portal activities
â?¢ Coordinate activities and follow up on improvement and performance optimization projects.
â?¢ Keep the Taleo executive and client executives informed of performance issues daily.
â?¢ Analyze performance issues and events related to performance to determine their exact cause.
â?¢ Identify the relationship between a production event and other interventions affecting systems, whether in real time and in the past.
â?¢ Propose correction strategies for performance-related problems.
Qualifications:
� At least 5 years of experience as a manager in an information technology setting.
� Autonomy, innovation, sense of organization, meticulousness
� Exceptional skills with regard to searching for, analyzing and solving technical problems.
� Ability to learn new technologies.
� Mastery of several types of technology relating to databases and the Internet.
� Client-centered approach.
� Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
� Excellent English skills are essential.
