Job Title: ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT OF TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Job Location: Can be based out of Philadelphia or Chicago

â?¢Experience managing an organization of 80+ architects & engineers
â?¢Experience growing an Technical Services organization and making them profitable
â?¢Experience running service portfolios that include Energy Management, Building Commissioning, Capital Project Management, and Environmental Sustainability Services.
â?¢Experience recruiting and retaining IT teams with development and IT operations skill sets
â?¢Strong track record of in motivating teams working in remote locations
â?¢Business development experience (seeking new opportunities as well as upselling)
â?¢Experience running large P&L's
â?¢Strategic planning, and budgeting experience
â?¢Degree in Engineering
â?¢Ability to travel nationally

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work for a multi-billion dollar international company that was selected as one of Forbes Most Admired Companies. S/He will have oversight of over 100 architects and engineers and will be charged with growing this existing practice and making it a large profit engine of this company. This person will be responsible for briging in new business and helping to grow existing accounts within their assigned portfolio.
