* VPN Expertise
* Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, DHCP, and DNS
* Proven technical troubleshooting and performance tuning experience
* Windows administration, including Active Directory design and implementation

* Strong communication skills, especially with customers
* A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
* SQL experience a plus
