We are currently recruiting for the position of
Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations for Production, ensuring adequate staffing,
and meeting all quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery goals.
Job duties include managing all Production activities, under the direction of the Director of Operations, ensuring compliance with established and approved policies and procedures, and FDA, GMP, and QSR/ISO regulations, providing leadership and technical guidance for Production employees, providing Production metrics, implementing an employee involvement work environment, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels based on production needs.
Minimum requirements are 5 years manufacturing management experience, with 3 years Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and process manufacturing, knowledge of GMP's, and experience with materials and inventory management, production scheduling, and preventive maintenance. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
