POSITION OVERVIEW:
This successful individual will be responsible for extending and enriching Lyzasoft's Web-based Collaborative Intelligence Platform. This platform blends the core of Web2 functions (blogging, micro-blogging, search, rating, comments, profiles, remixing, tagging, bookmarking, collections, syndication/subscriptions, collaborative authoring, etc.) with the core of Business Intelligence functions (structured data exploration, synthesis, visualization, analysis, and reporting). They will not have any direct reports and this person will report in a matrix system to the 3 key executives at Lyza which includes both Founders.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have mastery of; HTML, Javascript, AJAX and CSS.
In depth experience with at least one of the various toolkits/platforms is a plus: Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Linux, Tomcat, NetBeans, MySQL, etc.
Non technical requirements include UX design intuition, demonstrated in successful delivery of rich interactive web experiences.
Understanding of aesthetics importance, and the ability to deliver visually stunning applications.
