Seeking National Head of Business Development Experienced Developing C-level Relationships with Fortune 500 Retailers
NATIONWIDE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER
We are seeking a senior level nationwide Head of Business Development to consult and develop Fortune 500 retail clients across the United States. You will be providing these retailers an Energy Management System (EMS) that allows them to centrally monitor and manage lighting, air conditioning, signage and other equipment across hundreds or thousands of the retailer's individual locations.
The EMS will allow retailers to dramatically lower monthly energy costs and ongoing maintenance expenses, and reduce their carbon footprint without sacrificing customer comfort. By providing persistent real-time access, visibility and control over thousands of chain store sites, the EMS assists Fortune 500 chain retailers create a compelling customer experience while simultaneously saving money, reducing emissions, and improving business efficiency.
Although some travel is required, relocation is not required for this position.
SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
- Energy Efficient and Renewable Technologies
- General Knowledge of HVAC and Building Controls
- Knowledgeable of LEED Certification
- Experience with Energy Efficient / Renewable Energy / Sustainable Energy Programs
- Hunter Mentality
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience selling to C-level chain stores with small to large footprints
- Pre-existing relationships (6 or more accounts)
- Experience selling POS systems or enterprise software solutions
