New York University: Web Marketing Manager (#20091327)

NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity in our Public Affairs Office for a Web Marketing Manager.  The Web Marketing Manager will oversee and manage the design and development of web-related projects through the complete life-cycle including scoping, planning, design, development, implementation, post-implementation analysis, and close. The selected candidate will increase visibility of the Stern school among prospective students, alumni, and business community members by leveraging multiple digital channels, including website, video, podcasts, and social media platforms.   Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and Strategy, this position will work with the Public Affairs team to determine the best interactive tools for various audiences, and implement and continuously optimize solutions to ensure marketing messages are effectively conveyed. 

The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree and professional experience in at least three of the following: digital marketing (SEM/SEO), project management, web development, web design, new media and/or video production.  Experience in web site production, maintenance and optimization, as well as multimedia/video production experience is essential.  Expertise in hand-coding XHTML, CSS and Javascript is required.  Experience creating site templates and managing content using a web content management system is required, experience with Oracle WCM a plus. Familiarity with Google Analytics and experience in measuring user experience on web and through interactive vehicles is required. S/he must be able to thrive on constant change, be self-motivated and an independent thinker who can meet deadlines, deal with conflicting priorities and have very strong interpersonal skills.
