We have a proven commitment to having the fastest turnaround possible for our customers, believe in short iterations and having direct involvement with the business. For example, aside from helping conceive and design a loyalty program, we implemented it from the bottom up and brought it to beta within weeks. Internally, we continue to build great tools for our own staff to help them kick ass.
Required
* B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* Four years experience developing web applications (in any language or framework)
* Strong understanding of web application architecture in an agile environment
* Solid communication skills (making good design decisions and helping spread great ideas)
* Fundamental understanding of programming languages such as Ruby, Python or Java (OO)
* Knowledge of and experience working with relational databases
* Unix and Linux proficiency
Desired
* Web development with Ruby on Rails (desired, but not a requirement)
* Experience profiling and tuning all the way down to the database
* Previous experience at a startup
