Sproutcore -- Frontend Web Developer / UI Engineer
Are you passionate about elegant web applications? Do you enjoy working with other passionate people who are out to change the way to think about data? We are using Sproutcore to push the envelope with Javascript and HTML5, and are looking to expand our UI team with someone who is experienced in building compelling web interfaces.
What you will do:
-- be responsible for designing Sproutcore infrastructure and components
-- develop features throughout the full web stack: server-side scripting, REST interface, Javascript library
-- bring design prototypes to life
-- work closely with our server engineering group to define requirements
What experience you should have:
-- familiarity with Sproutcore, Cappuccino, or JavascriptMVC
-- expert knowledge in at least one client library like JQuery, YUI, Prototype, Dojo, or Closure
-- expert knowledge of HTML, DOM, and CSS
-- at least 3 years working in an MVC web framework like Rails, Django, ASP.NET, or TIBCO GI
-- experience developing native apps, either in XCode (Interface Builder) or .NET (WPF)
-- clear understanding of RESTful interfaces
-- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field
