
This world renowned agency brand is forming a new group that will act as a central hub over all healthcare agency businesses with the sole purpose of providing full 360 Relationship Management agency support for cross agency client base. The objective of the group is to provide clients with a holistic business approach to managing their RM-based activities. The areas this group will manage include analytics, RM strategy, channel planning, RM operations, reporting and centralized account management.
This position is responsible for providing analytic support to the brand and account teams for client programs and supporting relationship marketing.
Key Responsibilities a & Skills
â?¢ Ability to collaborate successfully with partners within account, RM Strategy, operations and external business partners.
â?¢ Provide analytical support for client RM and cross channel programs
â?¢ Ability to manage multiple projects across client
â?¢ Expertise in analyzing cross-channel tactics and providing insights on optimization
â?¢ Understanding of best practices on CRM analytics and Healthcare measurement
â?¢ Accountable for ongoing delivery effectiveness, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
â?¢ Creates and presents business insights and recommendations based on client objectives.
â?¢ Support client specific deliverables for modeling/forecasting/segmentation activities.
â?¢ Minimum requirements include 7+ years hands-on and/or managing marketing analytics
â?¢ Requirements include Masters/Doctorate Degree in Social Sciences/Computer Science/ advanced statistics/Business/Marketing
â?¢ Proficiency with SAS/SPSS and/or OLAP or Datamining tools
â?¢ Fundamental understanding of common statistical techniques
â?¢ Excellent written and verbal communication
