As our Senior Consumer Experience Manager, you'll be part of a new organization inside Nike called Digital Sport. Digital Sport focuses on the emerging opportunities in sports powered by Digital Products, Experiences, and Services. This organization is responsible for managing signature services such as Nike Plus inside Nike as well as exploring all opportunities to make athletes better in the spaces of product, gaming, mobile, and social communities. You'll manage the development of new consumer experiences as part of the Digital Sport team. You'll lead the day-to-day project management with agencies and partners to create world-class services. In addition, you'll work with the Experience Leader on strategy to identify unique opportunities that can be developed into experiences whether it is a digital site (web or mobile) or digital product experience.

Responsibilities include:
â?¢ Work with the Experience Leader to develop the strategic plan for category and experience roadmap
â?¢ Create and manage action plans to produce products, maintain experiences and launch new innovations in partnership with internal and external partners
â?¢ Define and create business requirements and drive improvements. These requirements would pertain to: consumer-facing features, back end systems, and new business models
â?¢ Manage a mix of strategic and operational initiatives including: market research, developing positioning & messaging, planning & executing release strategy, working with developers on production
â?¢ Manage regular assessments of the Digital Sport industry and monitor competitor/industry developments. This would include seasonality, global business trends/events and areas for opportunity
â?¢ Develop ways to use consumer input and behavior to help inform experience creation for Digital Sport products
â?¢ Work with the consumer insights team to understand the needs of our consumer, both current and potential
â?¢ Manage and prioritize operational tasks and request
â?¢ Balance customer needs (both internal and external) with business priorities
â?¢ Manage the process for evaluating interesting new tools, techniques and technologies
â?¢ Identify, evaluate and benchmark potential partners (technology, creative, social, etc.)
â?¢ Communicate any developments or changes of the landscape to the broader team
Requirements for the position include:
â?¢ Ability to define business opportunities, conduct user research and translate insights into consumer-facing experiences
â?¢ Experience managing agencies or external business partners
â?¢ Experience and specialist skills in digital such as mobile, gaming or social technologies
â?¢ Experience in an entrepreneurial venture or start up. Passion for identifying emerging trends in the digital space and leading innovation
â?¢ Must be incredibly proactive, a self-starter and a problem-solver. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to proactively make things happen
â?¢ Experience and skill set to manage complex production projects from start to finish
â?¢ An ability to multi-task and manage the details while keeping an eye on the big picture
â?¢ Strong interpersonal, consensus-building skills, with ability to communicate and achieve results across multiple audiences in complex organizational structure
â?¢ Can think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible results
â?¢ Ability to provide constructive feedback, guidance and solutions; additionally ability for problem-resolution skills and always looks to the productive way forward
Qualifications:
â?¢ 7 to 10 years' in the industry or related experience, developing interactive projects and managing large creative projects
â?¢ Experience managing internal and external agency and business partners
â?¢ Experience in building and managing against an annual budget allocation
