As an Environment Admin on the Product Delivery Team, you will play a key role in the product development process. The mission of an Environment Admin is to provide tools and a stable environment for QA engineers and Developers to exercise the RightNow product in our Hosted environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Work with Developers and QA Engineers to identify needs and produce requirements for the product environment.
*Develop and maintain
--Unit Test Environment
--Daily Regression Test
--Product Build Scripts
--Site Installation Script
--STARS test tracking software
*Nightly build process
*Tracking and reporting of build/site availability
*Tracking and reporting of product blockage
*Keeping all the wheels turning so that QA and Development can run as smoothly as possible.
*Problems as they arise.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
*CS degree or equivalent experience
*Linux systems
*Development experience
*PYTHON
*Windows and Shell scripting experience
*SQL
*Excellent problem solving skills
*High attention to detail
*A fast and able learner
*Must be able to be flexible with shift schedule
*Can/Will do attitude

*HMS
*Experience with RightNow software products and functionality
