Online Marketing Director
MeYou Health (MYH) is looking for a savvy marketing professional to oversee the marketing of all of our online properties, including websites, mobile applications and multiple Facebook apps. Your ultimate goal is to help us build a global audience of millions of people engaged in health and well-being activities. The position will involve working with our growing team and vendors to design and execute a comprehensive, metric-driven marketing plan.

Responsibilities
? Develop overall marketing strategy and activities to support our brand and the customer acquisition, retention and viral growth goals of MYH products
? Produce marketing materials to promote our brand and product launches
? Create, test, iterate and scale campaigns across all channels, including SEM, SEO, Facebook and other social media, etc.
? Aggressively seek opportunities to tell our brand story and create buzz for our products
? Manage day-to-day activities of marketing and social media team, and marketing service providers
? Develop consumer insights through ongoing customer research and user activity analysis. Work with product team to ensure optimization for viral growth and engagement.
? Continuously scan competitive environment
? Interface with Healthways (our parent company) as we bring MYH products to market through their employer and health plan sales channels in the US and internationally.
? Manage the company?s marketing budget
Requirements
? 5 years related experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, with a focus on adults over 35 years old
? A successful track record of developing large scale, cost effective customer acquisition campaigns, with Facebook marketing a big plus
? Experience applying rigorous analytics to determine performance against specific metrics
? Online media buying experience
? Excellent analytical, organization, project management skills
? Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
? Successful and comfortable working in fast-paced culture that is very results oriented.
