THE OPPORTUNITY:
Infusion New York is launching several new projects and seeking experts with a background in .NET 4.0, WPF, Workflow Foundation, and other Microsoft technologies. If you have a strong C#.NET background, experience working in a consulting environment, and a passion for the financial services industry, Infusion is the place for you!
THE WORK:
Working closely with our financial services client, you will be responsible for designing and developing capital markets trading systems and platforms as part of an effort to build new strategic systems using the latest .NET technologies.
Specifically, you will:
· Work alongside consultants and client teams to develop and design custom software solutions using Windows and web applications.
· Consistently leverage your strong core technical knowledge of .NET 3.5/4.0, .NET Remoting, WPF, and design patterns.
· Work face-to-face with clients to identify requirements, create architecture, and implement innovative solutions.
· Deliver critical projects and components for one or more of our Fortune 500 clients.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
You will need established experienced with C# development using technologies including: C#, .NET 1.1 4.0, .NET Remoting, WCF, WPF, and Workflow Foundation. You will also need a broad knowledge of design patterns and experience with multi-threaded, backend development.
The fast-paced environment at Infusion will leverage your strong design skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting. A general knowledge of Microsoft technologies or experience in the financial services industry is also an asset.
