Playfeed is a recently funded social gaming company based in San Francisco, CA. Our backers include some of the top investors and angel investors in the bay area.

We are looking for a Software Engineer who loves building web applications using primarily PHP, and can help implement web interfaces using CSS and JQuery.

The ideal candidate should have excellent PHP programming skills and enjoy solving technical problems in simple, creative ways. Responsibilities

* Create web applications using primarily PHP
* Help implement web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Work closely with our product and design team
* Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems
* Pro-actively look for ways to make the company better

Requirements

* Excellent PHP programming skills
* Knowledge of MySQL
* Knowledge of web technologies: XHTML, JavaScript
* Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux
* Great written communication and documentation abilities
