We are looking for outstanding results-oriented software developers to join our team in New York. The positions will involve extensive interfacing with and support of other development team members, sales and customers.
Technical Requirements
You must be well versed in web and/or mobile development including traditional web, web services, mobile web and native mobile applications. You are adept at juggling multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines. And, when you encounter a problem that you don't know how to immediately solve, you research the options and hash out possible solutions with the team.
Required skills:
- proficient with the LAMP stack
- strength in HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
- well versed in Objective-C/Java/C++
- proficient in one or more of iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile platforms
- aptitude to learn new technologies
- software engineering methods
- clear and precise verbal & written communication
Nice-to-haves:
- Strong CSS
- knowledge of systems and network management in a Linux environment
- TDD
- experience in web scalability
- experience with git
