The Royal Opera House produces some of the best opera and ballet in the world. Our website, www.roh.org.uk, is central to our activities, providing a highly effective information service and marketing tool.
We are now looking for a Digital Developer to deliver, maintain and develop both client-side and server-side components for the Royal Opera House groups digital presence. Reporting to the Design and Development Manager, this will entail working as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high quality service across a broad range of platforms. The position is offered on a fixed term contract of 50 weeks.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with these qualities
Excellent development skills and experience in the .NET environment of creating and maintaining software components for multiple platforms
Experience of working with large scale SQL databases to deliver online and interactive services
Experience of delivering to project specifications and service level agreements
Effective relationship management skills and experience of multi-disciplinary teamworking
A related certification in the field of programming or development
