We iterate and move quickly. We eliminate waste. We focus on the important parts of software engineering and throw out the other stuff. We build customer value, measure it and rework it till it is amazing. We take time to invest in the quality of our infrastructure and the bits that wont be seen so we can continue to develop without getting bogged down in technical debt. We make mistakes, learn and dont make that mistake again. Our goal is to move quickly, innovate aggressively and focus our energy on things that matter.

We embrace lean engineering practices. We use process to build discipline not bureaucracy. We are good - and getting better - at identifying things we could do better and executing on improving.

We do it more than we talk about it.
