â?¢ â?¦ Stickler for unit, regression and acceptance testing
â?¢ â?¦ Understands, on a fundamental level, how to motivate a team
â?¢ â?¦ Work with a team that knows how to have fun and knows how to work hard
â?¢ â?¦ Manage multiple individual teams of developers
â?¢ â?¦ Feels comfortable with C++ but also has a black-belt in Excel
