Sr. Designer for Entertainment Focused Interactive Agency
Situation Interactive is an award-winning, innovative interactive agency specializing in live entertainment. We are seeking a Senior Designer to work with our team on interactive campaigns for high profile entertainment clients. This is an opportunity to take a leadership position within a team of designers and copywriters, working on exciting interactive campaigns from brainstorm to launch.

What you'll do:
- Work with the creative team to develop new ideas and concepts for interactive media
- Communicate and create overall design vision and be accountable for the design quality and overall creative execution of the project and the successful approval by the client.
- Lead the creation of initial visual concepts; direct the design of overall project
- Mentor Jr. Web Designers
- Direct freelancers/vendors on the creative execution of projects
- Attend client meetings to present work
What you'll need:
- A strong creative portfolio
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - must be able to effectively present ideas/concepts
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Flash is a major plus
- Agency experience and/or a desire to work in an agency setting
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or web development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required
