We need you to lead production and delivery of a series of
exciting multimedia magazines (docuzines) in the corporate innovation space. These docuzines will be delivered
through web-based and touch software platforms as both standalone learning
modules and, when required, connected to a corporate LMS.
Experience in
instructional design for corporate education curriculum development, LMS
systems knowledge and a Master?s in Education will give you a big advantage for
this position. Being a hands-on contributor is a must.
What will you do?
- Design e-learning modules including script and storyboard based on core innovations concepts and instructional theory
- Manage the production of e-learning modules through product life cycle under the guidance of the VP Products and User Experience
- Work with software development team to deploy as standalone docuzines, integrate into our innovation management software platform and, when required, connect to LMS systems
- Assess effectiveness of learning based on user and deployment consultant feedback
- Populate and maintain product and brand content integrity through overall content management
- Maintain continuous, industry knowledge to better serve customers
- Ability to analyze content and determine appropriate instructional methodologies
- Manages and interfaces with customer support within product training programs and is able to assess effectiveness and recommend changes or improvements as necessary
Some Key Requirements
Work Experience
- 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in instructional design, project management and multimedia production
- Hands-on experience with publishing and media tools
- Experience directing film crews, post-production and software developers
- Experience in electronic curriculum development
- Experience working within corporate organizations with marketing, sales and R&D functions
- Emerging technology platform knowledge, including HTML5 and touch-based tablets (iPad) is highly desirable
Education
- BA or BS required
- Master?s in Education, Instructional Design, or Educational Technologies & Learning Sciences helpful
- Coursework or projects in multimedia development helpful
