Coal Mining Company with corporate office in Dallas, TX is looking for a Project Manager for various greenfield projects in the Boyaca and Cundinamarca regions of Colombia.
This is a new position with a growing company. Project Manager will manage all aspects of the Project in accordance with the goals, policies and procedures developed by Management. Promote the development of a safe and environmentally friendly work place. Plan, organize, monitor and control the Project, with focus on achieving maximum Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results. The project development philosophy will rely on a small, experienced and efficient expatriate Project Management team whom will source, develop and train Colombian national employees to meet the projects Human Resource requirements.
Ideal candidate will live on or near mine location in Colombia for six weeks straight and then have two weeks off. Travel time is within the 2 weeks and economy return airfares to point of hire paid by the company applicable to rotation. Competitive salary based on experience and comprehensive expatriate medical and travel insurance would be provided by the company. Must be fluent in Spanish.
