SDL Language Weaver seeks a Senior Accountant to work side by side with our easygoing Controller as we evolve our internal functions and processes following a recent corporate acquisition.

Duties
* Prepare and present periodic financial and operational reports
* Responsible for budgeting and forecasting
* Manage financial and government audits
* Manage tax filings
* Review and manage general ledger account reconciliations
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Manage royalty and commission reports
* Guide and mentor junior staff accountant
* Maintain all contracts
* Perform other special projects as determined and assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minimum 3 years experience in functions directly related to the duties specified. Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills (advanced Excel) Ability to multi-task. Detail oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally. Willing to work overtime when necessary
