What We're Looking For:
* Experience working on a commercial Ruby on Rails application from design to deployment
* Experience optimizing and scaling web applications
* Previous startup and e-commerce experience
* A good eye for UI design using CSS, JavaScript (we currently favor jQuery, HAML, and SASS)
* A passion for testing and strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
* Experience using Textmate, Git, Unix systems, and Mac OS X
Minimum Requirements:
* A B.S. in Computer Science or a related field
* Experience developing web applications, ideally using Ruby on Rails, Java, or Python
* Experience writing automated tests (we use Test::Unit, Shoulda, and Harmony)
* Experience with continuous integration (we use TeamCity)
* Experience working with MySQL
