As we continue to grow from 50+ people, we are seeking a successful, visionary Director/VP, Engineering to join our core team. Our engineers are some of the happiest in the biz, and are responsible for creating highly-trafficked Facebook applications for well-known, Fortune 500 brands. ·  5-8+ years of managing and directing software development projects for web-based business models using agile techniques 

·  Experience managing, mentoring and inspiring a technical staff at various levels and disciplines

·  Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products within well-defined project timelines and budgets

·  Ability to experiment with, grasp and integrate new technologies quickly

·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·  Strong communication and collaboration skills both internally and externally, with the ability to influence key decision makers regarding important product and technology issues

·   BS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience required; graduate degree a plus
