Come interview with a unique, dynamic and growing business services/training startup company that is searching for a new Sales/Business Development professional with a proven track record of sales and relationship development. Preference will be given to those with experience selling business services and/or with consultative sales background.

Principal Responsibilities:

â?¢ Identify business opportunities and establish new relationships through interaction with key players at targeted industries â?? including real estate, utility companies, construction companies, architecture firms, and more
â?¢ Develop strategy, presentations and customized proposals for customers based on their objectives, desired tactics and budget parameters.
â?¢ Manage programs from creation and contracting to execution.
â?¢ Manage sales & support inquiries for multiple clients

Requirements:
â?¢ Strong Cold Calling and Prospecting skills
â?¢ Ability to network to create new business opportunities with targeted companies.
â?¢ Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail and face-to-face
â?¢ Detail oriented team player with a passion for helping customers
â?¢ Great work ethic, can-do personality, competitive and driven with a creative approach to sale
â?¢ Strong Networking Persuasive closing skills
â?¢ Great oral, time-management, written, communication and organizational skills required
