What is that dribbling down your chin? Could it be the sweet nectar of UX Design?
Do you drink deeply from the chalice of UX Design? Is your interest in data and consumer behaviors rivaled only by your insatiable thirst for talking to clients about their businesses? Yes? Well then. Come. Have a seat. Let's discuss your future with Commercial Pop.
Who's Commercial Pop? Lovely of you to ask. We're a fun, young, digital creative agency, with major clients in the tech, travel, architecture, and media industries.
But, really, enough about us. Can we assume you are an organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented UX Designer with prior agency experience? If so, your daily charges here at ComPop shall consist of: working with clients to understand their business models and goals; helping clients define digital strategies, content, and features; collaborating with internal project teams to define overall product design (including site architecture and navigation, user flow and experience, and high-level interaction); development of use cases and functional and strategic requirements; and, as they say in real estate, wireframes, wireframes, wireframes.
But wait. We're not through. We ask that you also possess: a strong knowledge of the principles of UX and UI design; an unabated engagement with the realms of digital product design, social media, and online consumer experiences; a robust relationship with information architecture and site design; a near-perverse love of the grid paired with a minimalist sensibility; strong typography and layout skills; a mastery of standard design applications; a solid portfolio of previous design work (especially user interfaces for digital apps); and, last but not least, experience designing data visualizations.
To apply: We will consider remote applicants but prefer NYC residents. Please send your portfolio or URL to jobs@compop.com. We will consider them lovingly.
