This world renowned healthcare interactive marketing agency is forming a new business unit that will act as a central hub over all network agency brands with the sole purpose of providing full 360° Relationship Management support for cross agency client base. The objective of the group is to provide clients with a holistic business approach to managing their Analytics activities.
The position's key responsibilities are to architect, design and build client marketing dashboards, and to work with the analytics team to set the company standard for all data visualization and web based reporting tools.
The position will report to the VP Director Marketing Technology and Reporting, and will also support the database marketing and web technology offerings for the Group. The successful candidate will have a hands-on background in business intelligence, business/program analysis, web reporting, database development and general knowledge or experience working with web based data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
â?¢ Work with the client Management and technology teams to develop a standard framework and styleguide for the company's web based reporting and data visualization offering
â?¢ Work with client Business Unit account and analytic teams to identify requirements for the development of measurement reporting solutions/dashboards for specific client needs
â?¢ Work with the Analytic group to identify custom content and flows for client dashboard reporting and visualization
â?¢ Design, build, implement and maintain web based reporting dashboards and marketing databases for selected clients
â?¢ Research and recommend flash and other animation technologies for the display of performance results within selected data visualization tools
â?¢ Research, identify and/or develop mobile reporting solutions for the delivery of reports and performance data
â?¢ Provide the measurement and tracking of activity on client websites, interactive marketing tactics, online media activity, and overall site optimization
â?¢ Manage operational aspects of data collection and distribution required to support program measurement and reporting
â?¢ Provide general reporting and measurement support for key clients

Skills and Background
â?¢ Proficient in MS Office suite of products including Visio and MS Project
â?¢ Hands-on experience using development tools such as Adobe Flex or Flash, Silverlight, SQL, VB, HTML, Java, etc
â?¢ Hands-on experience using business intelligence tools Microstrategy, Cognos, Oracle BI, Business Objects, etc
â?¢ Working knowledge of web reporting tools such as Omniture, WebTrends, HitBox, Google Analytics
â?¢ Hands-on experience working with large customer datasets either in MS Access, Oracle, SQL Server, SAS or other similar data management systems
â?¢ Good communication and organizational skills
â?¢ Agency background a plus
