ROKKAN, a New York City-based interactive agency, is looking for a top-notch Java Developer to join a talented team building a large-scale community-based web application.
Candidates interested in this contract-to-hire position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer and must be able to work on location in our New York office.
Technical skills required are the following:
Apache Cocoon 2.1.11 or related
Spring Platform
Java EE 1.5
Tomcat 5.5.23 or related
OOP Mastery
SQL expertise
Content Management Systems
Good working knowledge of: PHP, SVN, XML/XSL, Linux
BS in computer science or related field preferred
Full project life-cycle preferred
