Full-Time at Olapic
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, web designer intern willing to work in a really cool NYC-based startup out of our offices in Soho. You would be in charge of creating and enhancing our website and communications: www.olapic.com You have to be CSS savvy, Photoshop/AI master, and proficient using website development environments (subversion). You should also be comfortable using A/B testing. We are a metrics based company, so your designs will be tested and compared to past designs to check they effectively increase several metrics: click-through rates, guests uploaded, user engagement, etc. We expect you take ownership of the overall design of the site, and see ways to improve the user experience, navigation, and looks of it. Also, don´t expect us to tell you what to do, we will give you some food for thought and bounce some ideas. You should self-motivated and eager to do great things on a hot consumer internet startup.
