Job Description:
Your primary responsibilities will include the planning, design, and development of core web applications that facilitate the development of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications. You will also learn about and add features to Plum's existing web applications while gaining knowledge about IVR and VoiceXML. You'll also work with our dynamic team to develop new and innovative web applications.
Technical Requirements:
* 5 years of experience building large-scale web applications
* BA / BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
* Strong understanding of web software engineering / development trends
* LAMP (Linux / Apache / PHP / MySQL)
* MVC Framework experience (Kohana, Codeigniter, CakePHP etc)
* HTML / CSS / Javascript
* jQuery
* jQueryUI experience a plus
* Quick to pick up/understand new technologies
Additional Requirements:
* Outstanding communication skills
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player
* Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Ability to follow through on multiple projects to completion
