Western Wisconsin Cares (WWC) is a local unit of government, a Long-Term Care District, which provides Wisconsins Family Care benefit to Medicaid-eligible seniors and adults with physical and/or developmental disabilities. As a growing organization, WWC is seeking to add an IT APPLICATION DEVELOPER to assist in the planning and development of computer applications to support the organization. The APPLICATION DEVELOPER will use C#, VB.net, and MS SQL Server to write code, test, and analyze software programs and applications, and will research, design, document and modify software specifications.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in the area of Information Technology and 3 years computer programming experience, including experience using .Net and MS SQL databases; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Strong preference for programming experience in C# and XAML. Experience building large scale line of business applications and with Dis-connected Application Development, Database Designs and Administration, Database Tools, Microsoft Office, IIS, DTS, and SharePoint desired.
