Technical Skill Level:

Strong Object Oriented design skills
Comfortable in a Linux/Unix deployment environment
Experience with other web based java technologies and frameworks a plus
BS Computer Science from top tier school (RIT, Carnegie Mellon, CalTech, etc.) and 5+ years of experience or MS and 3+ years of experience
Professional Skill Level:
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at quickly and intelligently solving a wide range of business engineering issues in a forward thinking manner
Drive to learn and take on new challenges
Keeps abreast of industry and technology trends
Ability to work with a broad range of developers and business products
Proactively assess new technologies to enhance the development process and environment
