Kiha Software's product team is looking for a program manager to join our Data Analytics team. Working closely with Product Management, Creative and Development, you will define product requirements, translate those into features, analyze their overall feasibility and scope, plan for their delivery and manage their execution, shipping them on-time and on-budget. This role requires strong project management, technical, people and organizational skills. This is a full time regular position which reports to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities
â?¢Be the owner and customer champion for the definition and development of our Data Analytics features
â?¢Collaborate with key business stakeholders and product team members to translate customer requirements into product features
â?¢Work with the development team, assess feasibility and define project scope and costs
â?¢Create and maintain detailed, clear and concise product specifications and project plans
â?¢Be the leader of cross-functional feature teams to deliver on our features
â?¢Monitoring progress across the groups responsible for the feature areas
Qualifications
â?¢Minimum 5 years experience as a program manager, preferably working for a startup
â?¢Previous experience shipping commercial products on time and on budget
â?¢Previous experience in search, semantic analysis or natural language processing is required
â?¢Previous mobile industry experience is preferred
â?¢Demonstrated experience shipping software in an agile environment, with both local and remote teams
â?¢Demonstrated ability to manage teams of peers across a feature team
â?¢Strong technical comprehension of internet and mobile product technologies.
â?¢Must be highly technical, customer focused and a motivated self-starter who is able to work in a fast-moving startup environment with dynamic requirements
â?¢Must have strong attention to detail and thrive on juggling multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities, turning them into actionable plans
â?¢Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to peers, managers, executives and customers
Education
â?¢BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline is preferred
