We are currently seeking a Senior Interactive Project Manager who can manage interactive projects from initial planning through launch including Quality Assurance Testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
All aspects of project development including:
â?¢ Developing project estimates.
â?¢ Developing project plans.
â?¢ Preparing comprehensive project scopes (deliverables, schedules, budgets, etc.)
â?¢ Developing and maintaining critical issues documents.
â?¢ Conducting project status meetings.
â?¢ Preparing billing and forecast income
â?¢ Preparing comprehensive project scopes
â?¢ Developing and maintaining critical issues documents
â?¢ Conducting project status meetings
â?¢ Working with Account Executives, Copywriters, Art Directors, Developers and Coordinators to fulfill client requests and expectations
â?¢ Preparing all scope change documentation for Clients approval
â?¢ Preparing functional specifications with project developers
â?¢ Providing Clients with all production schedules and critical milestones
QUALIFICATIONS
â?¢ 4â??7 years interactive project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment.
â?¢ Familiarity with Flash a must
â?¢ Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience is a plus.
â?¢ Familiarity with various interactive mediums including: websites, banners, kiosks, Tablet PCs, etc.
â?¢ Experience managing clients on project scope and delivery.
â?¢ Strong Microsoft Office, MS Project & Visio expertise.
â?¢ Strong understanding of development technologies.
â?¢ Knowledge of quality assurance process.
â?¢ Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills.
â?¢ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
â?¢ Ability to handle many projects at one time and maintain calm under pressure.
â?¢ Ability to rally and motivate a team.
â?¢ Able to take direction and criticism.
â?¢ Self â??motivated.
â?¢ BA/BS degree or equivalent.
