We are a fast-growing online media network based in Los Angeles. This position presents the candidate with an opportunity to work hard and rise quickly in a large corporation.

The Director of Project Management will play a key role ensuring the overall success and continued growth of the company. The Director will lead development and execution of major projects.

Responsibilities
- Build workflow and timelines for each of our major projects, assign roles within the company to ensure effective completion at or ahead of deadline
- Work with upper management and sales teams to direct ad ops, programming, content and creative teams
- Identify efficiencies, cost-saving measures and best-practices
- Contribute to internal process and management development
- Track and report performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- Create and adhere to growth objectives and deadlines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years advertising experience (ideally working for an ad agency or major publisher)
- Self-starter and demonstrated track record of executing a project through successful completion
- Outstanding computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
