Required:
3+ years experience building high traffic web applications
Expertise in one or more modern web app frameworks such as
Grails, Rails, Django
Experience using RDBMS such as MySQL
Skilled in HTML, CSS & Javascript
Commitment to test-driven development
Ability to work as a team player in a highly dynamic startup
environment with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
