
Digital Strategist
Our client is a fully integrated wellness agency and part of one of the largest advertising networks in the world. The agency handles clients along the entire wellness spectrum. It provides a full-range of marketing solutions including advertising, digital, direct, promotion and social marketing strategies. The agency was created to leverage the value of marketing wellness as a differentiator for healthcare, lifestyle, foods and other brands.
Position Summary
Be part of a forward thinking digital strategy team, supporting several brands especially new business acquisitions. Should be knowledgeable about digital marketing, especially as it relates to brand strategy and business growth. Healthcare/Pharma experience is extremely helpful as is a background in strategy/account management. Strong presentation skills (writing and presenting) and highly collaborative. The ability to explain complex concepts is desired.
Principal Responsibilities
â?¢ Partner with Account and Creative leads to develop digital marketing ideas and sell in to senior level clients.
â?¢ Provide sound business justification for investment in digital marketing (based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and past experience)
â?¢ Interpret market trends and competitive analysis to develop meaningful business building strategies.
â?¢ Supplement planning process by providing additional insights about channel preferences, affinity, and usage for various customer segments
â?¢ Partner with Creative teams to provide trends, develop ideas, and maximize the use of technology to bring the ideas to life
â?¢ Develop and interpret digital analytics. Translate into meaningful business building implications.
â?¢ Work with Management, Account Teams and New Business Development teams to identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities.
â?¢ Work with account team members to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
â?¢ Assist in improving overall digital process & workflow, including estimating scope and staffing, engaging various roles and responsibilities throughout project lifecycle, deliverables, and working with internal and/or external execution teams responsible for technology
Qualifications
â?¢ BA/BS Degree (a graduate degree in relevant area is a plus)
â?¢ 3-5 years digital consulting, creative and/or strategy experience
â?¢ Strategic/big picture thinker
â?¢ Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills
â?¢ Proven ability to successfully work with and guide senior-level clients and internal Agency teams
â?¢ Working knowledge of direct/relationship marketing
â?¢ Experience with multi-channel marketing
â?¢ Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including web development, online advertising, social media, and mobile.
â?¢ Strong familiarity and understanding of emerging digital trends and technologies
