Basic Qualifications:
- Must have demonstrated experience implementing energy efficiency lighting programs.
- Must possess a minimum of three years of supervisory and/or project management experience.
Core Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated experience with project management techniques to establish and maintain budgets, develop communication plans, and review and update scope and progress for complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic plans that have a significant impact on the organization, and facilitating forums to capture the requirements of a business strategy.

Typical Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the manager of Residential Programs and oversee the Lighting Programs group located within the Customer Energy Efficiency and Solar Division (CEES), in the Customer Service Business Unit (CSBU) at Southern California Edison (SCE). Typical responsibilities will include: Overseeing the development and implementation of new and existing energy efficiency lighting programs in accordance with government programs, state legislation, California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) guidelines and SCE policies and procedures; ensuring the alignment of program offerings supporting SCE's portfolio of energy efficiency programs and services and the long-term California Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan and leading to the achievement of all SCE and CPUC goals, including Edison International (EIX) shareholder earnings; creating and managing an annual budget of more than $30 million, including moderate contractual management/expenditure authority and direct accountability for integrity and reliability of the reporting and CPUC compliance to ensure accurate accounting of results and successful earning of shareholder incentives; monitoring and reporting program results, customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance to management controls and company financial, legal and ethics policies; overseeing accurate analysis of complex financials, regulatory and operational data and information and making sound decisions and recommendations that have considerable business impact to the portfolio, organization and customers; collaborating with key internal organizations and external market participants (e.g., CEES, Business Customer Division, and Customer Experience Management and Law) and external market participants (e.g., investor-owned utilities, government and nonprofit organizations, lighting manufacturers, retailers and contractors) to create and implement tools and systems to ensure reliability and integrity of operational and financial data related to lighting programs and their delivery to customers; serving as a company expert in a variety of forums, including CPUC hearings, workshops and advisory group meetings, industry trade associations and regional/national conferences; and performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
