Responsibilities:
â?¢Manage and develop senior client relationships with Fortune 500 clients
â?¢Lead and direct cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of business solutions that create sustainable growth for major corporate clients
â?¢Design and outline project parameters; manage project execution within budget and on time
â?¢Make strategic recommendations and develop tactical plans to meet/exceed client expectations, with a keen understanding of client's business needs
â?¢Establish Saatchi & Saatchi S as a key participant and partner in the client's business
â?¢Grow, manage, acquire and/or retain a portfolio of key Fortune 500 accounts; build trust, credibility, and gain referrals from existing clients; cultivate new account relationships to increase both revenues and client roster
â?¢Partner with others within our organization and the broader Publicis Groupe to deliver client presentations and negotiate statements of work; oversee the transition from pitch to client
â?¢Manage, motivate, coach, and develop a team of diverse consultants with varied backgrounds
Requisites:
â?¢Proven account management experience within a consultancy/agency environment
â?¢Strategic and creative leadership; ability to think from a cross-functional business perspective for our clients (operations, marketing, sales, legal, HR, etc.)
â?¢5 â?? 10 years experience working with senior executives of Fortune 500 organizations to create and implement major HR, Communications, CSR/Sustainability, Cause Marketing and/or Health & Wellness engagements and initiatives
â?¢Ability to travel, as necessary, for team, client, and Company meetings
â?¢Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills; ability to read an audience
â?¢Proven track record in leading, managing, and building teams
â?¢Ability to multi-task by managing multiple clients and projects within deadlines
