As the Software Development Manager you direct, manage, and participate in the day-to-day operations of a team of software developers. You work in a fast-paced, Internet-driven industry where you are expected to eat, sleep, and dream about creating better products. You manage all the operational aspects of the software development teams to ensure business and product objectives are met. You provide administrative, technical, and people leadership for multiple diverse teams.
